Then why not join a 'virtual' workshop? You can join in a group telephone call with other women and an Advisor from Menopause Support, in a weekly telephone workshop for support and discussion. By the end of the six week course you will have a supportive group of like-minded women and the knowledge from the Menopause Support Programme.

Intensive 3 Week Telephone Workshop from Friday 16th September

This intensive telephone workshop is ideal for those who need advice and support with their menopause from the comfort and convenience of their own home. Based on the Menopause Support Programme you can expect to cover topics such as symptom management; pros and cons of HRT; foods, drinks and supplements; exercise and lifestyle; feelings and emotions; complementary therapies and relaxation techniques.
Michèle is a trained counsellor and trainer with particular expertise in working over the phone. She has worked around women's reproductive health issues for many years and is passionate about supporting women to make the best possible choices for their individual circumstances.

Friday evenings 5.30pm-7pm & Saturday mornings,10am-11.30am from 16th Sept to 1st Oct.
