Bristol One Day Workshop Saturday 7th May Pierian Centre – Menopause Support

Helping Women through the Menopause with free information, on-line shopping, supportive chat areas, empowering workshops & 1:1 advice

Bristol One Day Workshop Saturday 7th May Pierian Centre

The One Day workshop is designed for women who are approaching the menopause, those who are in it, as well as healthcare professionals who want to know more about the range of treatments options available to women.

This full day workshop is based on the Menopause Support Programme which covers a range of topics from symptoms & treatments (including HRT, complementary therapies and lifestyle changes such as nutrition, supplements, exercise and relaxation) to how feelings and relationships are affected and how to mature gorgeously!

Due to the range of areas covered we are unable to go into any great depth but Michele will explore with the group which topics you wish to spend time on. You will receive the Menopause Support Journal, which is packed with all the information and advice to help you, or your patients, through this stage of life.

There will be plenty of time to ask questions, try products, taste different foods and practice a relaxation. Tea breaks and lunch time give an ideal opportunity to enjoy chatting with like-minded women.

An informative and supportive one day workshop run by a professional tutor at the Pierian Centre in the heart of Bristol.

Should I consult my GP?

Although all the Menopause Support Advisors will do their best to help you, they are not medically qualified. Their advice and the information from the Menopause Support Programme is not a substitute for taking proper medical advice. If you have major or continuing concerns over your condition, we recommend that you consult your GP.
