The programme is regularly updated as new menopause research and ideas become available, and also with feedback from women who have experienced the Menopause Support Programme. The emphasis is ‘non-partisan’ in its approach, with a balanced representation of both the orthodox and natural treatment options. It aims to give you the information and the confidence to empower you to make your own choice about handling your menopause, deciding on what is right for you.
