Bach Flower Remedies

Dr Edward Bach, a Harley Street physician believed that negative feelings such as anger, jealousy, grief and despair may be the root of many illnesses including cancer, migraine and arthritis. In the 1930s he developed thirty-eight British flower remedies or essences.

These remedies are in tincture (liquid) form. You use them by putting 3/6 drops of the remedy in water and sip throughout the day. Alternatively you can put 2/4 drops directly on the tongue.

Choose your own remedy from the list of ones most useful during menopause. Remedies have no side-effects, you can take more than one at the same time and they can be taken with other forms of treatments including herbs and homeopathy.
