Ylang Ylang, Extra essential oil - 5ml
This essential oil is extracted from the flowers of Conanga odorata, grown organically in Madagascar.
It helps with premenstrual symptoms. It can also be used as a 'sensual' bath oil or massage oil if diluted with a suitable carrier oil.
It should be used diluted - only one drop - as it can be narcotic and cause headaches.
