Twice the strength of the B-50 complex (and similarly yeast free).
B vitamins are essential for a healthy nervous system, to keep our digestive system working and for healthy hair, skin and nails.
This is a high strength product useful where you require a fast improvement in your intake of B vitamins. In most situations this product should be used for short term supplementation, typically 2 months, after which time the B50 complex will be adequate.
It is not recommended however for pregnant or lactating women and long term intake of this level of vitamin B6 may cause mild tingling or numbness.
