I am currently under a gynaecologist who is checking me for my slightly abnormal cells due to ‘changes’ resulting in very heavy, irregular periods. He says I am in the perimenopausal stage and this could go on for a long time! Yipee!!!!
Can anyone suggest a helpful remedy for mood swings, no sex drive, weight gain, fatigue, forgetfulness, dizzyness! Although the consultant is excellent in terms of my physiology he doesn’t really seem to be interested in my actual symptoms??

Hi Duck,

Your symptoms are all very normal and can go on for some time but for some lucky women the menopause is ‘done and dusted’ in a matter of months!

You can help yourself with your symptoms and I would suggest you give the Ladycare magnet a try – particularly as it seems to work well at the start of the menopause. Take a look at my blog for more information.

Keep in touch and tell us how you get on – I’m sure everyone would be interested to know.
